SB order no. 2/2016 regarding acceptance of POSB business in case of Finacle is inaccessible or slow
Many CBS Post Offices are still not accepting POSB business on the plea that Finacle is not working or very slow. Many offices are also not following BCP instructions on the plea that they have not received any instruction from their Division. Keeping in view that 30th and 31st March are very crucial for accepting new POSB business, the competent authority has decided to issue instructions in the shape of SB Order to deal with such a situation now and in future also.
