What is HUG File?
HUG File is an ASI Plugin for GTA SA that adds any Car Bike Files etc. user-friendly and easy way to add or Remover your modifications, without even messing around anything in your GTA SA installation.
The usage is simple, you just you have to create a folders Also You Can Create More folders inside modloader Folder and then Paste the mod any File there. It's done. And I recommended to have one folder for each modification you have. then It well Work 100%.
