Earlier on the 15th (local time), United States of America Billboard and United Kingdom Official charts reported a series of articles that BTS will be on top of the Billboard 200 and Official Album Charts by the new album MAP OF THE SOUL: PERSONA released simultaneously around the world on the 12th.
"If this album reaches the top, BTS will be the third to be ranked after LOVE YOURSELF 'Tear' and LOVE YOURSELF 'Answer'," said United States of America Billboard.
The United Kingdom Official Chart reported that "MAP OF THE SOUL: PERSONA's album sales have already exceeded the total of the first week's sales of the last three albums, including LOVE YOURSELF 'Tear', which entered the top 10 last year.
As a result, BTS has been making a new history as a global artist, taking the top of the album charts leading the world's major music markets, as well as United States of America and United Kingdom.
